We currently have 3 indoor training sessions per week. These sessions are split up so that everyone will get a chance to get on the water at least once per week. There sessions we currently run are:
Tuesday 21:00 - 22:00
Saturday 20:00 - 22:00
Sunday 12:00 - 14:00
These indoor sessions tend to focus more on passing, shooting and defending drills as well as helping new members learn to roll. The more advanced sessions also allow us to practice different tactics in attack and defence. This results in all members of the club developing all the necessary skills to become a great canoe polo player.
